Responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Identify new business opportunities in construction, manufacturing, and retail sectors
- Present product specifications and solutions to key decision-makers
- Negotiate contracts and close sales while maintaining profitability margins
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular field visits
- Collaborate with logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Prepare detailed sales reports and market analysis for regional management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Engineering preferred
- 1-3 years of field sales experience in manufacturing/construction industry
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license with willingness to travel across Pangasinan
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Knowledge of steel products and construction materials advantageous
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
