In this high-impact role, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of onsite installations, maintenance, and technical support for our valued clients. As a Field Service Engineer, your primary focus will be on leading technical field missions. This involves performing complex diagnostics, troubleshooting intricate electrical systems, and executing preventive maintenance schedules to ensure peak equipment performance. Your meticulous nature will be essential in preparing detailed technical reports that provide actionable insights for both our clients and internal teams. Furthermore, you will act as a vital technical bridge between our Service and Sales Teams, offering critical expertise during client consultations and helping to design customized solutions that address specific operational challenges.

Responsibilities
- Lead and execute onsite installation, commissioning, and preventive maintenance of electrical systems and equipment.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting and diagnostic procedures to resolve technical issues efficiently and minimize downtime.
- Prepare clear and concise technical service reports documenting findings, solutions, and recommendations for clients and management.
- Collaborate with the Sales Team to provide technical expertise during client presentations and proposal development.
- Conduct regular system audits and safety inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Provide technical training and mentorship to clients and junior service engineers.
- Manage and maintain inventory of spare parts, tools, and service equipment for field operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field.
- Registered/Licensed Electrical Engineer (REE) is an advantage.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in field service engineering, technical support, or maintenance roles.
- Strong ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, single-line diagrams, and technical drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, hands-on approach to technical challenges.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Metro Manila and nearby provinces for onsite assignments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and relevant technical software.
