As a Field Service Engineer, you will contribute to customer success by performing installation, calibration, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and commissioning of equipment. Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Diploma or degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related technical field.
  • 1+ year of field service, equipment maintenance, or technical support experience.
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for electronic and electrical systems.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities; capable of translating technical details for non-technical audiences.
  • Proficiency in reading schematics/technical drawings and using test equipment (multimeter, oscilloscope, etc.).
  • Willingness to travel within the service area; resides in or near Pasig City; valid driver’s license is a plus.
