Responsibilities
- Develop, review, and finalize detailed shop drawings for interior fit-out components in compliance with project specifications.
- Coordinate with sub-contractors and site teams to ensure the accurate execution of interior works, including partitions, ceilings, and flooring.
- Monitor daily site progress and ensure all installation activities align with the approved schedule and design intent.
- Maintain high quality control standards and ensure all materials used meet Data Center infrastructure requirements.
- Solve on-site technical issues related to interior fit-out, providing clear guidance to site supervisors and workers.
- Prepare progress reports, technical documentation, and as-built drawings for management review.
- Collaborate closely with MEP teams to ensure integrated fit-out designs function seamlessly with critical Data Center infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in interior construction or fit-out projects, specifically within industrial or commercial sectors.
- Demonstrated experience working on Data Center or highly technical facility projects is a significant advantage.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other technical design software for shop drawing preparation.
- Strong command of English, both verbal and written, to facilitate communication in an international project environment.
- Ability to interpret complex blueprints and interior specifications accurately.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced construction environment.
- Familiarity with local building codes and international safety standards.
