Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with a warm, professional attitude and provide a memorable dining experience.
- Manage table settings and maintain a clean, organized floor environment throughout the shift.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately using our POS system.
- Provide detailed explanations of menu items, specifically our Wagyu offerings, to guests.
- Coordinate efficiently with the kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and special requests with grace and efficiency.
- Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and restaurant operational protocols.
Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Experience in F&B, hospitality, or customer service is highly preferred.
- Professional appearance and excellent verbal communication skills.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment during our restaurant opening.
- Fluent in Indonesian; English proficiency is a strong plus.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays.
- Highly reliable, punctual, and eager to grow within the company.
