Responsibilities
- Oversee daily floor operations and ensure efficient workflow during peak hours.
- Manage staff schedules, shifts, and performance reviews to maintain high morale.
- Enforce strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and food safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels of food and supplies to minimize waste.
- Greet and resolve customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism.
- Conduct pre-shift briefings to communicate goals and expectations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and quality control.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or food service industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and cost control.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Fluency in Indonesian (Bahasa Indonesia) and English is a plus.
