Responsibilities
- Oversee daily floor operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Manage and lead a team of staff, providing guidance and support.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints and inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Enforce health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Conduct regular team briefings and performance reviews.
- Assist in training new staff members on company procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the F&B industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer skills.
- Fluent in Indonesian and English (optional but preferred).
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
