Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive technical support to customers regarding flour functionality, performance, and application suitability.
- Conduct on-site troubleshooting and process optimization for bakery and industrial flour clients.
- Perform laboratory testing and evaluation of flour samples to ensure consistency and quality adherence.
- Develop technical documentation, including product application guides and troubleshooting manuals for the sales team and clients.
- Collaborate with the R&D department to bridge the gap between product development and market requirements.
- Conduct product trials and demonstrations to showcase flour performance in various bakery applications.
- Monitor competitor product performance and market trends to maintain a competitive advantage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in technical service, quality control, or R&D within the flour milling or bakery industry.
- Deep understanding of wheat chemistry, rheology, and the functional properties of flour.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into actionable advice.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for client-facing engagements.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites as required.
- Proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
