  • Perform laboratory testing and evaluation of flour samples to ensure consistency and quality adherence.
  • Develop technical documentation, including product application guides and troubleshooting manuals for the sales team and clients.
  • Collaborate with the R&D department to bridge the gap between product development and market requirements.
  • Conduct product trials and demonstrations to showcase flour performance in various bakery applications.
  • Monitor competitor product performance and market trends to maintain a competitive advantage.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in technical service, quality control, or R&D within the flour milling or bakery industry.
  • Deep understanding of wheat chemistry, rheology, and the functional properties of flour.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into actionable advice.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for client-facing engagements.
