Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests in a courteous and timely manner.
- Present menus, answer questions, and make personalized recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Accurately take and enter food and beverage orders into the POS system.
- Serve meals and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation standards are met.
- Monitor guest satisfaction, address concerns, and resolve issues efficiently.
- Process payments, handle cash and card transactions, and balance daily receipts.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, service stations, and utensils.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down dining spaces before and after service.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality training is a plus.
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience as a server or in a customer‑service role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
- Basic math skills for handling payments and making change.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer literacy.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
