Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the catering facility to ensure workflow efficiency and service standards.
- Oversee all pre-event preparations, including food staging, equipment setup, and resource allocation.
- Lead on-site service teams to ensure prompt delivery and high-quality guest interactions during events.
- Execute post-event cleanup protocols, ensuring facility sanitation and inventory stock-taking.
- Maintain strict compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations (HACCP standards) throughout all phases of service.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff and event planners to ensure menu execution meets client specifications.
- Perform regular inventory audits of food, beverages, and catering equipment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in catering, hotel banqueting, or high-volume food service operations.
- Degree or Certification in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene protocols, and sanitation practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead teams and interact with guests.
- Proven ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced, event-driven environment.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as dictated by the event calendar.
