Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, and room service, to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Train, coach, and mentor team members to uphold Hilton’s service standards and foster a positive work environment.
  • Monitor inventory levels, place orders for supplies, and control costs without compromising quality.
  • Address guest feedback and resolve complaints promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations at all times.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and update menus based on seasonal trends and guest preferences.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within a hotel or upscale restaurant environment.
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including service techniques and menu planning.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic inventory management software.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
  • A diploma or degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred.
