Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, and room service, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Train, coach, and mentor team members to uphold Hilton’s service standards and foster a positive work environment.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders for supplies, and control costs without compromising quality.
- Address guest feedback and resolve complaints promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and update menus based on seasonal trends and guest preferences.
- Conduct regular briefings and performance evaluations to enhance team efficiency and motivation.
- Prepare reports on revenue, expenses, and guest satisfaction for management review.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within a hotel or upscale restaurant environment.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including service techniques and menu planning.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic inventory management software.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- A diploma or degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred.
