Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and sampling sessions to drive customer interest and sales conversion
- Promote company products through active customer engagement, answering product queries, and providing recommendations
- Support and execute sales events, promotional campaigns, and seasonal marketing activities across branches
- Maintain optimal product displays, ensuring stock availability and proper merchandise presentation
- Collaborate effectively with team members and branch managers to achieve sales targets and operational excellence
- Handle daily operational tasks including inventory checks, reporting, and equipment maintenance
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, gathering feedback to improve service quality
- Adhere to food safety standards, company policies, and brand guidelines at all times
Qualifications
- Minimum GCE 'N' Level or equivalent; relevant certifications are advantageous
- Previous experience in retail, food service, or promotional roles is preferred but not mandatory
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse customer groups
- Enthusiastic personality with a genuine interest in food products and customer service
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods during promotional events
- Flexible availability to work weekends, public holidays, and varying shift schedules
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when required
- Basic English language proficiency with ability to understand simple instructions and communicate effectively
