Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate all electrical installation activities on-site
- Manage and supervise electrical technicians and laborers
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and industry standards
- Review and interpret electrical blueprints and technical specifications
- Plan and schedule electrical work to meet project deadlines
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met
- Resolve technical issues and provide solutions during project execution
- Coordinate with other departments and contractors to ensure smooth project flow
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical installation and maintenance
- Certification as an Electrical Technician or higher
- Proven experience as a foreman or supervisor in electrical projects
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations
- Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints and technical drawings
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Good communication skills in both Indonesian and English
