Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and special requests with precision and care.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally, escalating issues when necessary to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Utilize property management systems (PMS) to update guest profiles and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with lobby operations, including concierge services and front desk security.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and standards are met.
- Participate in daily briefings and training sessions to stay updated on hotel policies and events.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or hotel management certification is a plus.
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent or Receptionist in a luxury hotel setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Madeline).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is highly preferred.
