In this exciting role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our campsite guests, blending the efficiency of front desk operations with the engaging role of a tour guide.

As a Front Desk cum Guide, you will ensure that every guest has a memorable stay by providing warm welcomes, accurate information, and seamless logistical support. Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, managing check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Provide detailed information regarding campsite facilities, wildlife exhibits, and local attractions to guests.
- Conduct guided tours or orientation sessions, highlighting key points of interest and safety protocols.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and common campsite spaces.
- Collaborate with the operations team to coordinate activities and manage event schedules.
- Perform basic administrative tasks, including data entry and maintaining guest records.
Qualifications
- Minimum GCE 'O' Levels or Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism is an advantage.
- Strong verbal communication skills in English; Mandarin proficiency is preferred.
- Previous experience in front desk operations, hospitality, or tour guiding is highly desirable.
- A genuine passion for wildlife, nature, and outdoor activities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and night shifts.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in using property management systems.
