Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, managing check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
  • Provide detailed information regarding campsite facilities, wildlife exhibits, and local attractions to guests.
  • Conduct guided tours or orientation sessions, highlighting key points of interest and safety protocols.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
  • Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and common campsite spaces.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to coordinate activities and manage event schedules.
  • Perform basic administrative tasks, including data entry and maintaining guest records.

Qualifications

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Levels or Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism is an advantage.
  • Strong verbal communication skills in English; Mandarin proficiency is preferred.
  • Previous experience in front desk operations, hospitality, or tour guiding is highly desirable.
  • A genuine passion for wildlife, nature, and outdoor activities.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and night shifts.
