Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet all guests with a warm, professional demeanor
- Manage bookings, appointments, and reservations using our salon management system
- Handle cashier duties including processing payments and maintaining cash register accuracy
- Provide exceptional client service and address customer inquiries and concerns
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area and front desk
- Answer phone calls, emails, and messages in a timely manner
- Coordinate with salon staff to ensure smooth daily operations
- Promote our services and products to enhance customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Previous experience in receptionist, admin, or customer service roles (preferred)
- Strong communication skills in both English and Indonesian
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities
- Basic math skills and experience with cash handling
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Interest in beauty and wellness industry is a plus
