Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of front-end developers to ensure high-quality code delivery and best practices.
- Architect and maintain complex, scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Collaborate with back-end engineers to design, implement, and consume efficient RESTful APIs.
- Conduct performance tuning and optimization to ensure fast load times and seamless cross-device compatibility.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain high standards of software quality and security.
- Translate complex UI/UX designs into responsive, interactive, and accessible front-end interfaces.
- Research and implement new front-end technologies to keep Erajaya at the forefront of digital innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in front-end development, preferably in large-scale enterprise environments.
- Strong mastery of HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- Deep understanding of state management and component-based architecture (e.g., React, Vue, or Angular).
- Extensive experience in integrating and managing RESTful API services.
- Proven track record of performance optimization for high-traffic web applications.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage team workflows and technical mentoring.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in an Agile environment.
