Responsibilities

  • Warmly welcome, register, and assign rooms to guests upon arrival, ensuring a smooth check-in process.
  • Manage guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professional courtesy and efficient problem-solving.
  • Handle multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and coordinate internal communication between departments.
  • Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications through the Property Management System (PMS) accurately.
  • Maintain high standards of front desk organization and cleanliness to ensure a professional atmosphere.
  • Provide guests with comprehensive information regarding hotel amenities, local attractions, and concierge services.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and guest satisfaction.
  • Accurately handle cash transactions, credit card processing, and daily reconciliation of shift receipts.

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or equivalent.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in front office operations or customer service within the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Strong computer literacy and familiarity with hotel property management software (PMS).
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to work shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
  • A polished, professional appearance and a positive, service-oriented mindset.
