Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests during check-in and check-out processes.
- Manage room reservations and coordinate with booking platforms.
- Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism.
- Resolve guest complaints efficiently and escalate when necessary.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for room readiness.
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records.
- Assist with concierge services such as luggage handling and transportation.
- Maintain a neat and organized front desk area.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in front office or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
