Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome all members and guests with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, guest registration, and facility access control.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries with high efficiency and accuracy.
  • Assist members with membership inquiries, program registrations, and scheduling appointments.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area at all times.
  • Handle basic administrative tasks and maintain accurate member database records.
  • Collaborate with the training and management team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Process payments and maintain accurate daily financial records for front-end transactions.

Qualifications

  • Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent; Diploma in Hospitality or related field is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in a front desk, customer service, or hospitality role is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Proficient in using computer software, including MS Office and basic booking systems.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Polite, proactive, and positive attitude towards members and staff.
  • Ability to work on a rotational shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
  • A genuine interest in health, fitness, and wellness.
