As the Front Office Supervisor, you will be the heartbeat of our property. You will oversee daily operations, mentor our front-line staff, and ensure that every guest who walks through our doors experiences the legendary Balinese hospitality. Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all Front Office activities including check-ins, check-outs, and concierge services.
- Provide training and ongoing mentorship to front desk staff to maintain high service standards.
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure 100% satisfaction.
- Manage room inventory, occupancy reports, and assist with revenue management strategies.
- Ensure smooth communication between the Front Office, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage departments.
- Monitor and enforce all safety and security protocols within the lobby and guest areas.
- Prepare daily shift reports and performance summaries for the hotel management team.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a Front Office supervisory role, preferably within a luxury hotel or villa resort.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Fluency in English (verbal and written); knowledge of other languages is a distinct advantage.
- Strong proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
- Deep understanding of luxury hospitality standards and high-touch guest service.
- Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
