We are looking for a talented and driven Full Stack Developer to join our growing tech team in Jakarta Barat. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the future of our platform, ensuring that our customers enjoy a seamless, secure, and lightning-fast shopping experience.
As a key member of our engineering department, you will work across the entire stack, collaborating with designers, product managers, and backend architects to build robust features that scale. Whether you are optimizing front-end performance or fine-tuning database queries, your work will directly impact thousands of users daily. Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using modern full-stack technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following industry best practices.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks to ensure a smooth user experience.
- Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, and shipping services into the platform.
- Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers to foster a culture of quality.
- Maintain technical documentation and ensure system security across all layers of the stack.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role in an e-commerce environment.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, React or Vue.js).
- Strong knowledge of backend development (Node.js, PHP, or Python).
- Solid understanding of database management (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB).
- Experience with RESTful APIs, Git version control, and cloud-based deployment (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
