Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide range of espresso-based beverages, teas, and specialty drinks to high quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting cafe workspace, including equipment maintenance and sanitation.
- Provide friendly, proactive, and knowledgeable customer service to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions, handle cash, and process digital payments accurately.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other cafe essentials.
- Uphold food safety and hygiene standards at all times in accordance with local regulations.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and service team to ensure seamless operations during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Prior experience as a Barista or in a high-volume cafe/F&B environment is preferred but not mandatory for passionate candidates.
- Strong knowledge of coffee bean origins, brewing methods, and milk texturing techniques.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Reliable, punctual, and possess a positive "can-do" attitude.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic understanding of workplace safety and sanitation practices.
