Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging lectures in IT/CS courses including programming, networking, and database systems
- Develop and update curriculum materials aligned with industry standards and emerging technologies
- Assess student performance through projects, examinations, and practical evaluations
- Mentor students in academic and career development through regular advising sessions
- Participate in faculty committees, accreditation processes, and departmental initiatives
- Integrate current industry practices and research into teaching methodologies
- Collaborate with industry partners for internship programs and guest lectures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 2 years teaching experience at tertiary level
- Industry certification or relevant work experience in IT/CS fields
- Strong proficiency in learning management systems and educational technology
- Excellent communication skills with ability to engage diverse student populations
