Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner to create an outstanding shopping experience.
- Actively promote and sell H&M products, achieving individual and team sales targets.
- Ensure the sales floor is visually appealing by maintaining merchandise displays and stock replenishment.
- Handle cash register operations, returns, and exchanges with accuracy and efficiency.
- Stay updated on current fashion trends and product knowledge to provide informed recommendations.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments and stockroom organization.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, safe, and well-stocked store environment.
- Support store campaigns and promotions to maximize customer engagement and sales.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred, but not required – we provide full training.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage.
- Passion for fashion and a keen interest in current trends.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as per retail schedule.
- Strong teamwork skills with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Basic computer literacy and numerical skills for point-of-sale operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent; diploma/degree in related field is a plus.
