Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner to create an outstanding shopping experience.
  • Actively promote and sell H&M products, achieving individual and team sales targets.
  • Ensure the sales floor is visually appealing by maintaining merchandise displays and stock replenishment.
  • Handle cash register operations, returns, and exchanges with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Stay updated on current fashion trends and product knowledge to provide informed recommendations.
  • Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments and stockroom organization.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, safe, and well-stocked store environment.
  • Support store campaigns and promotions to maximize customer engagement and sales.

Qualifications

  • Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred, but not required – we provide full training.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage.
