Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers warmly, providing exceptional service and assistance with product selection and styling advice.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Assist in visual merchandising by maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment that reflects H&M's brand standards.
- Monitor inventory levels, replenish stock, and organize the sales floor to ensure products are easily accessible.
- Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the store team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and resolve them to the customer's satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM/SPM-V certificate or equivalent qualification.
- Previous retail experience is a plus but not mandatory; passion for fashion is essential.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact confidently with a diverse range of customers.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer literacy and attention to detail.
