People Profilers is currently recruiting for a Fundraising Senior Executive/Assistant Manager position with our client in the community services and development sector. As a key member of the fundraising team, you will take ownership of donor stewardship initiatives, ensuring that every donor experiences exceptional engagement and appreciation. Your strong analytical capabilities will be essential as you examine donor databases, track campaign performance metrics, and prepare comprehensive reports for leadership and board members. Beyond campaign execution, you will play a crucial role in team development, providing guidance and mentorship to junior staff members. Your collaborative approach will foster partnerships across departments, ensuring alignment between fundraising activities with organizational goals and mission.
The successful candidate will enjoy a competitive compensation package ranging from $4,000 to $5,500 monthly, commensurate with experience. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive donor stewardship programs to maintain strong donor relationships and maximize retention rates
- Plan and execute multi-channel fundraising campaigns and special events to achieve annual revenue targets
- Strategically grow monthly giving programs through innovative engagement strategies and donor acquisition initiatives
- Analyze donor data and campaign performance metrics to generate actionable insights and optimize fundraising efforts
- Prepare detailed reports on fundraising progress, presenting findings to senior leadership and board stakeholders
- Mentor and guide team members, fostering professional growth and ensuring high-performance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align fundraising activities with organizational goals and mission
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in fundraising, donor relations, or nonprofit management
- Proven track record of managing successful fundraising campaigns and events
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for donor engagement and team leadership
- Experience with donor management systems and CRM platforms
- Understanding of Singapore's charitable sector and regulatory environment is advantageous
