Responsibilities
- Develop and execute creative promotional strategies to drive user acquisition and engagement for gaming titles.
- Actively engage with gaming communities on platforms like Discord, Telegram, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to launch social media campaigns and influencer collaborations.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Represent the brand at virtual events, webinars, and gaming community gatherings.
- Draft compelling copy and creative content to attract new players.
- Assist in managing community forums and responding to user queries to ensure high satisfaction levels.
Qualifications
- Passionate about the gaming industry with deep knowledge of current market trends in Indonesia.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse audiences.
- Proven experience in social media management or community engagement.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and content creation platforms (Canva, CapCut, etc.).
- Self-motivated, creative, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to commit to part-time working hours as required by campaign schedules.
- Excellent proficiency in written and spoken Indonesian and English.
