Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule service appointments and maintenance activities.
- Prepare, process, and file administrative documents such as reports, invoices, and correspondence.
- Maintain accurate databases and recordâkeeping systems for service logistics.
- Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to ensure timely service delivery.
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Support the planning and execution of service improvement projects.
- Provide general administrative support to senior staff and team members.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedural standards.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative, coordination, or planning roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic ERP systems.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian; English proficiency is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastâpaced environment.
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping and recordâkeeping practices.
