PT WAHANA INTI SELARAS is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented General Admin & Warehouse professional to join our team in Sintang, Kalimantan Barat. This dual-role position combines essential administrative support with hands-on warehouse operations, offering a dynamic work environment where you can develop both office and logistics expertise. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, processing shipments, coordinating with suppliers, and handling day-to-day office tasks such as data entry, correspondence, and scheduling. Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods while maintaining accurate inventory levels.
- Prepare and dispatch outgoing shipments, ensuring timely delivery and proper documentation.
- Perform regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies with the inventory management system.
- Handle administrative duties including data entry, filing, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.
- Coordinate with suppliers, transport providers, and internal teams to streamline warehouse operations.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment in compliance with safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma; vocational training in administration, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or general administrative support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic data entry skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, in Bahasa Indonesia; English is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
