Responsibilities

  • Coordinate effectively with third-party vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of office supplies and services.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain accurate administrative reports and office documentation.
  • Support the GA team in daily operational tasks, including facility maintenance and office equipment upkeep.
  • Assist in the procurement process by processing requests and verifying service invoices.
