Responsibilities
- Assist with daily administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure operational workflows are completed on time.
- Support facility maintenance and ensure workspace cleanliness and organization.
- Manage inventory supplies and assist with procurement requests when necessary.
- Handle incoming communications and provide general assistance to staff members.
- Maintain records and prepare periodic reports as required by management.
- Perform miscellaneous operational duties to support the efficiency of the Blue Tick Ice team.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent certification.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in general support, administration, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent).
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Indonesian; basic English is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Highly motivated, reliable, and possessing a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
- Must be located in or willing to relocate to Badung, Bali.
