Responsibilities
- Assist in planting, watering, and maintaining nursery plants and landscape materials
- Operate and maintain gardening tools, equipment, and irrigation systems
- Perform general site cleaning, debris removal, and waste management
- Support landscape installation projects including soil preparation and mulching
- Monitor plant health and report issues to senior staff
- Follow safety protocols and maintain organized work areas
- Assist in loading/unloading materials and equipment as needed
Qualifications
- Physical ability to perform outdoor tasks in varying weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of gardening tools and landscape equipment
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions from supervisors
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Valid driver's license preferred for material transport
- Previous landscaping or nursery experience advantageous
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia or English
