Responsibilities
- Develop and produce high-quality creative assets for digital, print, and in-store marketing collateral.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize visual campaigns that align with brand objectives.
- Manage the end-to-end design process, ensuring all deliverables are met within established deadlines.
- Maintain brand consistency across all creative outputs, including menus, social media posts, and promotional materials.
- Proactively troubleshoot design-related issues and seek innovative solutions to improve visual communication.
- Prepare final files for print production, ensuring correct dimensions, resolution, and color profiles.
- Take ownership of assigned projects, reporting on progress and seeking feedback to optimize results.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within the Food & Beverage or Retail industry.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of layout design, typography, color theory, and branding principles.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize a heavy workload without compromising quality.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- A strong portfolio showcasing previous design projects and conceptual skills.
