Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts and high-impact designs for various digital and offline marketing materials.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure designs align with brand guidelines and specific project objectives.
- Produce high-quality visual content for social media platforms, including static images, infographics, and basic animations.
- Design layouts for brochures, reports, and other print collateral ready for production.
- Manage the design process from the initial conceptual brief through to final delivery.
- Review and refine designs based on constructive feedback from the creative lead and internal clients.
- Stay current with design software, techniques, and emerging industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design (DKV), or a related discipline.
- At least 1-2 years of professional experience in a similar graphic design role, preferably in an agency setting.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- A strong professional portfolio demonstrating a wide range of design skills and creative thinking.
- Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, layout principles, and brand consistency.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure and meet strict deadlines without compromising quality.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a fast-paced team environment.
