Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts and design assets for retail campaigns, social media, and digital platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design high-quality collaterals for global brands and licensed IPs.
- Create engaging point-of-sale displays and event signage that align with brand guidelines.
- Manage end-to-end design projects from initial concept through to final production and output.
- Ensure all graphic materials are produced with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Stay updated on global design trends, consumer behaviors, and retail marketing strategies to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Assist in the preparation of artwork files for print production and digital implementation.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is mandatory.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a commercial design role, preferably in the retail or agency sector.
- Strong portfolio showcasing versatility across both digital and print media.
- Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and composition.
- Ability to manage multiple project timelines and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced retail environment.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to translate conceptual ideas into actionable designs.
