Symbos CX is looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team in Pasig City. In this role, you will craft bold, conversionâfocused digital ads that help brands stand out in a crowded market and drive measurable action.
Youâll collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to interpret campaign briefs, translate ideas into striking visuals, and ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints. Responsibilities include conceptualizing and designing eyeâcatching graphics for social media, display advertising, email campaigns, and landing pages, as well as adapting assets for different formats and platforms. Youâll manage multiple projects from brief to delivery, meet tight deadlines, and continuously monitor design trends to keep our creative fresh and effective.

Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and design bold, conversionâfocused digital ads for social media, display, email, and landing pages.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to translate campaign briefs into compelling visual assets.
- Maintain brand consistency across all creative outputs and ensure adherence to design guidelines.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet tight deadlines.
- Stay current with industry trends, design tools, and best practices to continuously improve creative performance.
- Prepare and deliver final assets in required formats and resolutions for various platforms.
- Optimize designs for conversion and user engagement, using dataâdriven insights when possible.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing digital ad work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
- Strong visual design skills, including typography, color theory, and layout composition.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fastâpaced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
