Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute creative concepts for branding, packaging, and promotional materials
- Design digital assets for social media, website, and online advertisements
- Collaborate with marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all channels
- Manage multiple design projects from concept to delivery within deadlines
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to bring fresh ideas
- Assist in photoshoot planning and visual content creation
- Maintain and organize design files and brand assets
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
- 2+ years of professional graphic design experience
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and diverse design work
- Excellent attention to detail and typography skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of print production processes is a plus
- Experience in the food and beverage or brewing industry is an advantage
