Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and produce high-quality visual assets for client presentations, proposals, and marketing collateral.
- Edit engaging short and long-form video content for social media, advertisements, and internal communications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project objectives and translate brand requirements into compelling designs.
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency across all digital and print mediums.
- Execute advanced video post-production tasks, including color grading, sound design, and motion graphics.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met without compromising on creative quality.
- Stay updated on industry trends and software advancements to continuously improve creative output.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in graphic design and video editing, preferably in an agency or BPO setting.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of design styles and video storytelling capabilities.
- Solid understanding of typography, layout principles, and color theory for both digital and print.
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment with proactive communication and time management skills.
- Experience in creating motion graphics and 2D animations is a significant advantage.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
