As a Group Leader for Process and Equipment in Final Test Sensors, you will play a pivotal role in scaling our high-tech operations. You will be responsible for overseeing the lifecycle of final test equipment, ensuring that our sensor production lines meet the highest global quality standards. Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technicians dedicated to the Final Test process for sensors.
- Ensure high equipment uptime and OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) through proactive maintenance strategies.
- Drive continuous improvement projects to optimize process cycle time and reduce scrap rates.
- Manage the installation, commissioning, and validation of new semiconductor test equipment within the PgP5 plant.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Quality, Maintenance, and Production, to resolve technical bottlenecks.
- Analyze production data to identify trends and implement corrective actions for process deviations.
- Foster a culture of safety and operational excellence in line with Bosch production system standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related field).
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, specifically within Final Test or Backend operations.
- Proven leadership experience managing technical teams in a fast-paced production environment.
- Deep technical knowledge of semiconductor test handlers, testers, and vision inspection systems.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Minitab, JMP) and problem-solving methodologies (8D, Six Sigma).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to lead meetings and report to upper management.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in local languages is a plus.
