Join My Villa & Resort Canggu, a premier hospitality destination in the heart of Bali’s vibrant Badung area. We are seeking a dynamic and guest-focused GSA Supervisor (Front Office) to lead our front desk team and deliver exceptional experiences to every guest.
As a GSA Supervisor, you will be the face of our resort, ensuring smooth check-in/check-out processes, managing guest inquiries, and supervising front office staff. You'll work closely with other departments to maintain the highest standards of service, handle complaints professionally, and drive operational excellence.

Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and guest account management.
- Train, mentor, and schedule front office staff to ensure consistent service quality.
- Handle guest complaints, special requests, and escalations with professionalism and empathy.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, and other departments to fulfill guest needs.
- Monitor room inventory, manage reservations, and optimize occupancy rates.
- Ensure compliance with resort policies, safety standards, and brand guidelines.
- Prepare shift reports, performance metrics, and assist in budget planning.
- Foster a positive team culture and motivate staff to exceed guest expectations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in front office or guest service roles, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in hotel property management systems (e.g., Opera, VHP) and MS Office.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a genuine passion for hospitality.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Valid hospitality certifications (e.g., CHS, CHA) are an advantage.
