PT. The Manta Villas Bali is seeking a dedicated Guest Relation Officer to deliver exceptional experiences for our guests in the heart of Badung, Bali. As the first point of contact, you will embody our resortâs commitment to luxury, warmth, and cultural hospitality. This role offers a competitive salary ranging from RpâŻ4,500,000 to RpâŻ5,000,000 per month, complemented by BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, and performance-based bonuses.
You will be responsible for greeting and assisting guests upon arrival and departure, managing reservations and inquiries, and ensuring every interaction exceeds expectations. Collaborating with the front office, concierge, and housekeeping teams, you will resolve guest concerns promptly, coordinate special requests, and promote our facilities and services to enhance guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Handle guest checkâin and checkâout processes, including room assignments, luggage assistance, and orientation to resort amenities.
- Respond to guest inquiries, reservations, and special requests, providing accurate information and timely solutions.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the stay, anticipate needs, and proactively address concerns to maintain high service standards.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Process payments, maintain accurate records, and adhere to cash handling procedures.
- Contribute to the development of guest engagement programs and promotional activities to enhance brand loyalty.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1â2 years of experience in a guest relations, front office, or customerâfacing role within hospitality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and Indonesian (both written and spoken).
- Strong problemâsolving abilities and a proactive approach to guest service.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality certification is a plus.
- Professional demeanor, neat appearance, and genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Basic computer proficiency (property management systems, Microsoft Office).
