Responsibilities
- Welcome guests, manage reservations, and ensure a smooth seating process.
- Monitor front‑of‑house service standards and provide real‑time feedback to the team.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely delivery.
- Assist in training new front‑of‑house staff on hospitality protocols and brand standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby, entrance, and waiting areas.
- Support promotional events, special requests, and VIP arrangements to enhance guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a guest relations, front‑of‑house, or customer‑facing role within hospitality.
- Strong command of English; additional languages (Mandarin, Malay) are a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a service‑oriented mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Proven problem‑solving skills and composure under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of restaurant point‑of‑sale (POS) systems and reservation platforms.
- Team player who can collaborate effectively with diverse colleagues.
- Diploma or certificate in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field is advantageous.
