Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive guest relations strategies to ensure exceptional service standards
- Lead and mentor a high-performing guest relations team during the pre-opening phase
- Manage all guest interactions, including VIP handling and complaint resolution
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to create seamless guest experiences
- Analyze guest feedback and implement service improvements
- Oversee guest communication across multiple channels (phone, email, social media)
- Coordinate with operations team for smooth check-in/check-out processes
- Train staff on brand standards and hospitality best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum 5 years of guest relations experience in luxury hospitality
- Proven leadership skills with team management experience
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages preferred
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Knowledge of Bali's tourism landscape and cultural nuances
- Proficiency in property management systems and CRM tools
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
