Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor and manage the check-in/check-out process efficiently.
- Act as the primary point of contact for guest inquiries, feedback, and special requests, ensuring swift and satisfactory resolutions.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of facility amenities, local attractions, and services to provide accurate concierge-level recommendations.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and maintenance departments to ensure all guest rooms and public areas meet high cleanliness and safety standards.
- Monitor guest satisfaction levels and proactively address potential issues before they escalate.
- Manage booking systems and maintain accurate records of guest preferences for future personalized stays.
- Support the management team in daily operations and participate in team briefings to stay updated on hotel policies and promotions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Guest Relations, Front Office, or a luxury hospitality environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to connect with guests from diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a significant advantage.
- High level of emotional intelligence, patience, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.
- A proactive "can-do" attitude with a strong focus on service excellence and attention to detail.
