As a Guest Services Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, handling front desk operations and reservations with professionalism and warmth. Your daily responsibilities will include greeting guests upon arrival, managing check-in and check-out procedures, processing reservations, and ensuring all guest inquiries are handled efficiently and courteously.
We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a base salary of up to $3,000 per month, meal allowances, performance bonuses, and additional employee benefits. Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Manage front desk operations including check-in, check-out, and guest registration
- Handle reservations efficiently using property management systems
- Process guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate guest records and billing information
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Promote hotel services and facilities to enhance guest experience
- Assist with administrative tasks and cash handling as required
Qualifications
- Minimum secondary education or equivalent
- Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, or front desk operations preferred
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in basic computer applications
- Ability to work in shift rotations including weekends and public holidays
- Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude
- Singapore citizens or permanent residents preferred
