As the Head Bartender, you are the conductor of our bar's atmosphere. Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and schedule the bar team to ensure consistent, high-standard service delivery.
- Develop and innovate seasonal cocktail menus that reflect the unique identity of The Singapore EDITION.
- Maintain strict inventory control, cost management, and beverage procurement standards.
- Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health and hygiene regulations.
- Foster a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere by engaging with guests and personalizing their experience.
- Collaborate with the management team to enhance beverage sales and drive bar revenue targets.
- Conduct regular training sessions for staff on product knowledge, mixology techniques, and service etiquette.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a high-volume, luxury bar or fine-dining setting.
- Strong background in mixology, craft spirits, and classic cocktail preparation.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent command of English; knowledge of additional languages is an asset.
- Deep understanding of stock management systems and P&L awareness.
- Professional, polished demeanor with an authentic passion for guest service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and evening shifts.
