Responsibilities
- Develop innovative menus featuring authentic flavors and premium ingredients
- Lead, train, and mentor kitchen staff to maintain high culinary standards
- Oversee daily kitchen operations including food preparation, plating, and service
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation protocols
- Manage inventory, control costs, and optimize supply chain efficiency
- Collaborate with management team to enhance guest experience and service quality
- Monitor kitchen performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience as Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef role
- Proven expertise in pizza preparation and international cuisines
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate diverse kitchen teams
- Culinary degree or professional certification preferred
- Deep understanding of food safety regulations (HACCP)
- Exceptional creativity in menu development and presentation
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
