Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and execute creative, high-end seasonal menus that appeal to an international luxury clientele.
  • Direct all kitchen operations, including food production, inventory control, and kitchen maintenance.
  • Lead, train, and mentor the kitchen brigade to ensure consistent quality and professional growth.
  • Maintain rigorous health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.
  • Manage food costs, vendor relationships, and procurement processes to maximize profitability.
  • Coordinate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
  • Stay current with global culinary trends and local ingredient sourcing opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in a Head Chef or Executive Sous Chef role within a luxury hotel or fine-dining establishment.
  • Proven expertise in menu planning, food cost management, and kitchen operations.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing diverse teams.
  • Deep knowledge of food safety certifications (HACCP or equivalent).
