Join us in shaping the future of Malaysia's energy landscape.

- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, technical consultants, and project managers to foster a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Ensure full compliance with local regulatory requirements, grid codes, and international safety/quality standards.
- Manage technical risk assessments and mitigation strategies for major utility-scale solar projects.
- Collaborate with business development teams to provide technical insights for project proposals and investment plans.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for external partners, contractors, and governmental regulatory bodies.
Qualifications

- Minimum 10-12 years of experience in the renewable energy sector, with a proven track record in utility-scale solar project management.
- In-depth technical knowledge of solar PV technology, electrical design, simulation software (e.g., PVSyst, AutoCAD), and energy storage integration.
- Strong leadership capability with experience managing cross-functional technical teams in a corporate environment.
- Deep understanding of the Malaysian energy market regulations, SEDA, and Suruhanjaya Tenaga guidelines.
- Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills suitable for high-level stakeholder reporting.
- Ability to travel to project sites as required for technical audits and supervision.
